Its an old truck, but not that old

Either my gas milage dropped by half after filling my tank last or I’ve had my truck syphoned for the second time in so many months. A gas tank cap lock has been on the shopping list since the first incident. Well now its become more of a necessity. Tell your cars to watch their gas holes….

Backpacker Magazine Editor’s Choices of 2008

Recently Backpacker’s Magazine released its gear list for 2008. Normally I wouldn’t give a shit about it since I like my gear just fine (hey, we’re not in an upgrade year). I have to say I was impressed by this little gadget.

Since the damn thing is retailing at $149.99 USD currently its hard not to pass up. Well, it is at the moment, but I’m hoping that will change.
